💫 Creative Leadership: From small teams to leading international units, I work with creatives on an 'intelligence first' approach— stripping traditional titles to form hybrid teams that empower all to contribute per natural strengths. From producer-creative hybrids to writer-director talent to strategists who aspire to become colourists, I pride myself at nurturing multi-potentialites and try to create a space where creators can bring their whole selves.
🎬 Multi-Length Content Development: I work with brands and agencies to develop story driven content. This involves concept development, but also research, crafting characters, and ideating storylines across a variety of content such as documentaries, music videos, social shorts and episodics.
✍🏽 Writing + Art Direction: I work as a hybrid and can support either area, or combine the two to deliver as a one-stop-shop. From clear concepts to visceral narratives, I write scripts, presentations, and concepts. Additionally I work with directors as a ghost creative to design treatments, craft look & feel, write narratives, and assist with visual research for their films.
🦾 Generative Ai Toolkit: Over the past few months I’ve been working with brands and production houses to create playbooks and guides on incorporating AI within their creative work flow. While the landscape is rapidly changing, I’m able to support at a strategic planning, research, and makers capacity.
